No Shedding and Hypoallergenic Coats
Reduced Shedding: Inheriting the Poodle's low-shedding coat, Cavapoos tend to shed less than many other breeds. This means fewer pet hairs around your home and on your clothes.
Hypoallergenic Qualities: While no dog is entirely hypoallergenic, many people with allergies find Cavapoos more tolerable. Their coats produce fewer allergens, making them a suitable option for sensitive individuals.
Adorable Appearance: Their soft, wavy, or curly coats come in a variety of colors and patterns, adding to their charm. Regular grooming keeps them looking their best and provides an opportunity for bonding.

FAQs

Cavapoo are not biters. They have no hunting, herding or guarding instincts. Biting, however, is normal puppy behavior from the puppy box and the pack. Biting and wrestling to show who is in charge. Who will be the hierarchical leader in the pack they grow up in.
When training the puppy, there should be zero tolerance for nibbling and biting right from the start. And as owners, you should not allow the puppy to challenge the hierarchy in your new family. Tips and training regarding the biting issue will be something we go through during the puppy delivery. We will also following up with individual tips and tricks throughout the dog's life.

The short answer to the question is, No. They are not barking breeds. Because they do not have hunting, guarding or herding qualities, the dogs do not bark for working purposes.
But barking can also be related to command and/or leadership interests. For example, if a dog barks during a walk, it is because the dog is the leader. The dog should only warn its pack (the family that is walking) about things that the individual is unsure about. As an owner, there should be zero tolerance for this.
If the dog barks when there is a knock on the door, this is to warn its pack that there are intruders/visitors with the intention of entering one's home. For example, it is okay for the dog to bark once when there is a knock to say "Hello, someone is coming here". But they must not continue to bark afterwards. This means that the dog is the leader at home and decides who is considered "Okay" to receive and who is not allowed to enter. This is why there is zero tolerance towards this.
We therefore always go through individual training tips during the puppy delivery to prevent these types of leadership. We also offer individual training tips throughout the dog's life.

No dog is allergen-friendly. However, we strive for all our puppies to have an allergen-friendly coat. Which means that it does not shed any hair. Which is usually the type of allergen you react to.
That said, an early generation may shed a little after a shower, for example. But not like a shedding dog. If it is a Multigeneration Bernedoodle, however, you can guarantee an allergen-friendly, non-shedding coat.
If you are allergic to saliva, urine or skin, it is especially important not to let your dog lick your hands too much or come into direct contact with the urine.
Therefore, almost all breeds during the 12 years we have been breeding are in a manageable allergen levels. We also have guarantees that the allergen factors is in control. We will go through during the puppy delivery.

Cavapoo has no hunting, herding or guarding qualities. This makes them perfect family dogs. This breed is only bred for family/therapy purposes. It is also a breed that sees family as their biggest priority in life.
Dogs can sense the energy levels of people. If you are happy, the dog will be happy, if you are sad, the dog will be depressed, or if you are afraid of something, the dog will be afraid of it too.
It is therefore important that you let your Cavapoo adapt to the energy levels of children as well. As children change their own energy levels often. You will need to get your puppy used to that children's energies are also part of the dog's pack. This is how you normalize this.

Cavapoos are generally healthy because of the mixbred quality, saving them from many purebred diseases.
Many purebred dogs have many inherant traits in the form of breed-specific diseases. With a high inbreeding rate, clear health problems are therefore created.
Cavapoo comes from Cavalier King Charles combined with a Poodle that does not have the same breed-related diseases. This eliminates most breed-related diseases already at the first combination.
Upon puppy delivery, we will provide to our client a genetic test proving the puppy is not in health deficit.
